Mekhong Mai-Thai

Based on the Mai Tai which means ‘very good’, our Mekhong Mai-Thai if translated, would surely mean ‘fantastic’. Summer in a glass.

  • 2 shots Mekhong
  • 1 shot fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ shot Orange Curacao
  • ¾ shot Orgeat (almond) Syrup

Pour Mekhong and the rest of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously for 7-8 seconds. Strain into a Rocks glass over ice and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint. Based on the Mai Tai.
