Sweet Solada

Solada in Thai is the ‘listener’ and there is nothing more pleasing than the sound of the cocktail shaker creating the most luscious and fragrant drink.

• 2 shots Mekhong
• 1 ½ shots coconut purée
• 1 shot pineapple purée
• ½ shot fresh squeezed lime juice
• Crushed ice

Pour Mekhong and the rest of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigourously for 7-8 seconds. Strain into a Balloon glass over crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple spear, orange, cherry and pineapple leaves. Based on the Pina Colada.
