This cocktail is made quite literally with ‘Passion’, a Thailand twist on the original Daiquiri, and all the better for it!

  • 1 ½ shots Mekhong
  • ¾ shot fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ shot Maraschino Liqueur
  • ½ shot passion fruit purée

Pour Mekhong and the rest of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously for 7-8 seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini-cocktail glass. Garnish with half orange wheel and a cherry. Based on the Daiquiri.
