The name Phuket (poock-get) means mountain, derived from its appearance when seen from a distance. An island with a fascinating history and is the ideal name for this complex and stunning cocktail that looks as good as it tastes.

  • 2 shots Mekhong
  • ¾ shot Green Chartreuse
  • ¾ shot Liquore Galliano
  • 3 dashes of Peychaud bitters
  • 1 blood orange half wheel

Pour Mekhong and the rest of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 35-40 revolutions. Strain into a chilled Martini-cocktail glass. Garnish with a blood orange half wheel.
