This is a cocktail with good Karma. Coconuts are used as offerings to the Gods and are also smashed as part of an initiation or inauguration of new projects, this act signifies a sacrifice of ego. Thai-Foon cocktail, less is more.

  • 2 shots Mekhong
  • 1 ½ shots coconut purée
  • ¾ shot white Crème de Cacao
  • Ground nutmeg

Pour Mekhong and the rest of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously for 7-8 seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini-cocktail glass. Grind some nutmeg on top.
